Kaicho Culbreth was presented his 8th Degree Black Belt from Grand Master Yamamoto at the 5th Annual Victoria Cup Tournament. Soke Yamamoto was not able to attend the tournament this year and he asked 9th Degree Hanshi Masanobu Kikukawa from Victoria to make the presentation in his absence. Congratulations Kaciho Culbreth well deserved.
