Room rates $119 Gulf Front with 2 queen beds.  Rooms must be booked by January 19, 2026. Prices include free parking.

 Saturday February 21, 2026 WINTER WORKOUT - SCHEDULE

• 8:15 am to 8:45 am - Registration

• 8:50 am - Line up on the Beach for warm-up, stretching, and basics to get all our bodies ready for the full day ahead of karate training and fun.

• 12:00 - 1:30 pm - Lunch

• 1:30 - 3:15 - Return to the beach for additional training, activities, and fun and games for everyone as well as our dip in the ocean.
