 Saturday February 20, 2027 WINTER WORKOUT - SCHEDULE

• 8:15 am to 8:45 am - Registration

• 8:40 am - Line up on the Beach for warm-up, stretching, and basics to get all our bodies ready for the full day ahead of karate training and fun.

• 12:00 - 1:45 pm - Lunch - Crabs Buffet -

• 2:00 - 4:00 - Return to the beach for additional training, activities, and fun and games for everyone as well as our dip in the ocean.
