Winter Camp

Join us in Pensacola, FL for our 32nd annual WYKKO Winter Camp! Take this opportunity to train with your fellow students as well as with WYKKO instructors from all over the United States!

We will be having our Black Belt Testing on Friday, February 10, 2012. Registration for the camp will begin on the beach at 8:30am (CST) on Saturday morning, February 11, 2012.

“Dates” These dates must be within the time period the rooms are blocked for your group. Dates for your group are: Arrival 2012-02-10 00:00:00 and departure 2012-02-12 00:00:00. If you try to book dates outside of this range, you will most likely get a message that there are insufficient rooms available. In that case, make your reservation directly with the hotel by calling the number above.
Choose “Room Type Preferences.”
“Special Accounts” Enter your Group/Convention code of WYK.
“Continue” This should pull up the rate that has been set up for your group.
Complete your reservation.

Ask for the WYKKO rate and the booking number WYK! Reservations must be made no later than Jan. 11, 2012!

Schedule:

Friday February 10th
5:00 pm- Black Belt Testing at Hampton Inn. This will be a great time for all kyu belts, parents, and family members to and watch a Black Belt testing to see what is in store for them.

Saturday February 11th
8:30 - 9:15 am-Registration at Beach side.
9:30 - 11:30 am- Line up on the Beach for warm-up, stretching, and basics to get all our bodies ready for the full day ahead of karate training and fun.
11:30 am - 1:30 pm- Lunch (Crabs restaurant, next to the Hamptons, is offering a special Seafood Buffet to all Yoshukai participants and guests).
1:30 - 3:30- Return to the beach for additional training, activities, and fun and games for everyone as well as our dip in the ocean.

7:00 pm- Party at Flounder's Restaurant acros the street from the Hampton. Dinner, Dancing, Dj (with Sensei Seadog spinning), and fun and games for the kids including crab races!!
